McDonald's in Laatzen

After the visit I was horrified I was given chocolate instead of caramelsose! It was an honorable action, hope it gets better.

The worst McDonalds branch I have ever been to can't even make chicken burgers or cheeseburgers, a McFlurry is also often distributed in 0.25 l drinking cups. Would rather drive 100 km further than "eat" there again.

It was not possible to order a Veggie Citizen "I cannot scan this" - attempts to explain that it is not a voucher, but a normal product were ignored "Go to the next window" - I think there should the staff urgently need to be trained again ...

I worked at this McDonalds for a year, nobody can imagine how disgusting they work, it's not just about working dirty but also about the boss himself - he's not normally bad to employees and dies for a cent, I've seen more times that they used donations as change for the cash register, after the termination I had to go to the lawyer because my vacation pay was not paid. I would not recommend anyone to work or even eat there.

Absolute cheek this branch ... the food hard as a rock, partly wrong but in the right packaging and the "customer service representative" I had on the phone, just cheeky with offended pride. Something like that cannot be recommended ... rather go to Laatzen or Döhren ... Just look at the last reviews, a disaster

It's really bad this long wait ... Then you are spontaneously out and about with a newborn and then you have to stand in the mc drive for 40 minutes, I understand the current Corona measures, but 40 minutes do not have to be Sry ...

The branch is very bad, the McFlurry ice cream is partly liquid and not for the first time. The employees chose the wrong topping several times and did not meet our requirements. Plus, the food is mostly cold and old. The staff were also unfriendly and not insightful. In my opinion, the staff should be better and, above all, friendlier.

Are you not being served one after the other? ... ? 2 burgers with fries and 3x happy meals. Fries were missing, toys forgotten and all drinks were missing ... At least the food was warm .... ... none of this can be difficult people ...

The worst McDonalds there is. And I've been to a few branches in Germany. The terminals for ordering are not working properly. And if you had to issue a testimony to the staff, each of them would have the beloved sentence, "He / She was always trying!" Cola turned out to be iced tea at home, the burgers were cold, and from a distance in Corona times nothing is noticeable there. The guests stand close together in the checkout area and wait for their orders. In short, it is an absolute COMPLETE DISASTER there !!

McDrive - waited 30 minutes, it was just full ... What once again didn't work: all the side dishes, i.e. ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, were missing. I checked it on the premises and found it after the waiting time and at 0 degrees and waiting again in front of the lobby, but I decided to go home with my daughter ... What a shame, missing side dishes are unfortunately not uncommon

Hello, we were here on 12/30/2020. This time the staff tried very hard, the young man took the orders, collected and handed out the goods. Therefor 5 stars. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences here in Laatzen several times. We will not come back.

Employees are not particularly friendly. At the Happy Meal, the toys at this location are often out of stock except for one, no indication, something is thrown into the bag at will. Sometimes this also applies to dessert - ice cream empty, then there are apples. A note to the children would be very appropriate, but they are now aware of the disappointment.

Haven't been feeling very comfortable lately. Didn't get along very well with the computer and then I was told I won't get anything. I often go there with my grandchildren, but not anymore

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I'm traveling from Paderborn especially to give my friend a toy with Happymeal. I wanted the dragon Levi, but unfortunately I had to find sobering that there is only one toy left. My friend was close to tears ... NEVER AGAIN MCCES IN LAATZN!

Average. Burger quality sometimes lower (more majo / ketchup than burger), the quantity is mostly right. Ice machine, like everywhere else, with possible defects. Otherwise satisfactory service, also at the table, and no long waiting times. McDonalds.

One disaster. No help from staff with the order. Apparently you don't know your way around the system. A personal order was not possible. The branch is not recommended.

Dirty, rubbish on the tables & the tables were not cleaned & the bins were overflowing.

Ordered food at 19:02. Recieved food 5 mins later without the curly fries. Server said they will be ready soon. 19:30 still waiting...... Other than that a nice restaurant.

Considering the price of meals by MacciDees has generally increased the service hasn't. The employees behind the counter seemed not to know what they were doing and were more content talking with each other than taking take off their customers. This view was shared by a number customers seemingly frustrated with the preparation timings of their orders.

Staff behind the bali not friendly. Small frite and small drink ordered but still got big (had to pay for the extra price). Hamburger royal menu included but the meat was RAW. Returned to complain and reclaim money. Only money for the citizen recovered.
